Avoid Tax Audits!

April 15th is around the corner and here are a few tips to avoid being audited.

Bad Boy, Oh How I Miss You!

Remember back in the day when bad boy records was cranking out hits left and right and the roster could not be touched? Damn, damn, damn! I miss Biggie, Faith, 112, and Mase. I peeped out the roster today and Diddy has a roster full of people but there are not true stars and there are no hits on the radio. I can do without Cassie, Cherri Dennis, Donnie Klang and Mario Winans. BTW, who the hell is Jordan McCoy and marina Chello? Don't get me wrong - Diddy still is a GREAT businessman but it's obvious he is struggling on the music side if he insists on releasing records himself to keep Bad Boy relevant in the game. On that note, enjoy the throw back song from 112.

$4,800 worth of text messaging.. Damn!

New Mexico Bans the Death Penalty

Article from the Huffington Post

SANTA FE, N.M. — Gov. Bill Richardson signed legislation Wednesday repealing New Mexico's death penalty, making it the second state to ban executions since the U.S. Supreme Court reinstated the death penalty in 1976.

Richardson, a Democrat who formerly supported capital punishment, said signing the bill was the "most difficult decision" of his political life.

"Faced with the reality that our system for imposing the death penalty can never be perfect, my conscience compels me to replace the death penalty with a solution that keeps society safe," Richardson told a news conference in the state Capitol.

The state Senate passed the measure Friday by a 24-18 vote, and the House earlier approved it in a 40-28 vote.
